United Auto Workers members voted to approve the four year contract with Chrysler LLC. Fifty six percent of production workers voted for approval. Many of the early votes where against the contract. They are dissatisfied with the two tier pay structure and that the contract does not contain plans for future work. The UAW will now negotiate with Ford; they are the last of the Detroit Three with out a contract.
