The Honda FCX Clarity fuel cell car will be available for lease this summer. Consumers in Southern California will be able to lease the car for $600 a month for three years. Maintenance and collision insurance are include in the lease price. The fuel cell uses a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen to generate electricity, which powers the car. The four seat sedan also has a lithium ion battery pack. It has a range of 270 miles on a full tank of hydrogen.
